To the entire Guru community:

It's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this site, Guild Wars Guru, will be shutting down on July 1st and will remain in Archive Mode. Over the past 11 years, we've become, and continued to remain, the #1 fansite for Guild Wars, and it's all because to you guys. Without such a strong and passionate community, Guru would have never made it this far and so we thank you for that.

And while we will be saying good-bye to our home here, we will continue to host forums for the GW community over at our sister site, Guild Wars 2 Guru. In fact, you are more than welcome to head on over now and begin posting. If you have any threads you'd like to transfer over, now would be the time.

So once again thank you, and especially those that contributed their time and knowledge to make Guru the amazing place it was. We'll see you over at Guild Wars 2 Guru!

sm5 Ascalonian Squire Join Date: Sep 2007 Guild: null Profession: W/	I think the main reason why there is no warp travel to dungeons is many of them require you to take a quest in order to enter the dungeon, or at least proceed to the next level. They would either have to do away with that system or make the NPC you accept the quest from inside the dungeon. Though there would be continuity problems...

Really, I'm disappointed by dungeon length/difficulty as it is. You can do everything in GW:En with hench/heroes in an hour. An hour and a half/two hours for Frostmaw. That's it. Running to the dungeon takes 5 minutes at the most.

Honestly, if running to a dungeon is causing you such physical distress, you would commit suicide if you played WoW. It doesn't even have map travel. You spend half the time sitting on a horse/ram/raptor/whatever.
